TFIS helps our customer…

  • Identify the suitable supplier through supplier evaluation process.
  • Prepare APQP, PPAP documents and PPAP samples
  • On site checking and inspection to make sure all the required inspection (first pc/last pc inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection) are properly conducted and all the test results meet requirements before shipping.
  • Monitory supplier daily operation to secure customer delivery schedule.
  • Prepare inventory in warehouse and provide JIT service.

Product/Process Quality Control

Review drawing/engineering spec with customer and supplier. Make sure all customer requirements such as raw material, dimensions/tolerances, testing, finishing… specified on the drawing/engineering spec were fully understand by the supplier.

APQP & PPAP

We have professional and qualified engineers who work with suppliers to develop the APQP before confirm PPAP PO, to complete the PPAP documents after PPAP PO confirmed. We will also help customers to review PPAP documents and samples before PPAP submission.

Quality Checking

Our suppliers will do the first pc/last pc inspection and in-process inspection per developed control plan. Our A2LA test lab. engineer will also do the final inspection via sampling for each lot before shipping.

We have concern procedure in place for any concern or nonconformity happened at customer’s receiving and/or production. The procedure covers:

  • Concern identified and supplier confirmation.
  • Containments (For parts which already shipped but still on the way to customer).
  • Short term actions for finished parts not shipped and semi-finished parts in warehouse or under production.
  • Concern picture and/or sample verification.
  • Plan for the replacement.
  • Long term actions (The corrective actions to solve the problem).
  • Corrective actions implementation.
  • Effectiveness verification.
  • The 8D report.
